Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want students and families to understand the financial conditions associated with learning at JSA Academy. This policy explains the demo-first approach, the admission fee, and how JSA decides a refund or cancellation request.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This policy is about refund and cancellation requests for JSA Academy's classes and the fees that apply to them.
Before paying, read the class page, Plans & Pricing, and the admissions steps. The pathways are listed on Our Courses. This policy does not remove a right that applicable law keeps in place.
2. Try a free demo before enrolling
JSA Academy offers a free one-day Zoom demo so a prospective student can see the teaching approach and ask questions before a family pays. The demo page explains that step. Attending the demo does not require a payment.
A demo request does not reserve a place and does not create an enrollment. This page does not set a booking deadline or a refund connected to the demo.
3. Admission fee
The admission and seat registration fee is Rs. 1,000. It is paid once, at admission, for the package the student is joining. It is separate from the monthly tuition on Plans & Pricing. Families can see that fee on the plans page before they pay.
The admission fee is non-refundable. A right that the law requires is not removed by this rule.
4. Refund eligibility
After enrollment, a student or family may ask for a refund and give a reason. JSA Academy decides whether that reason is accepted and whether a refund is approved. A request is not approved automatically.
5. Refund deduction
If JSA approves a refund of tuition, it may deduct about 2030%. JSA decides the percentage in that range for that request and tells the family what the deduction applies to. The deduction is not taken from every payment automatically.
The admission fee is non-refundable, so it is not part of the refund. A right that the law requires is not removed by this range.
6. How to request a refund
- Contact JSA Academy through the contact page.
- Give the student's name and enough detail to find the enrollment or the payment. Do not send passwords or payment-card numbers.
- Explain the reason for the request.
- Add any further detail JSA asks for.
- Wait for JSA to review the request and tell you the decision.
There is no separate refund form or required document list on this page. Send any refund question through the contact page.
7. Cancellation requests
A family that wants to cancel an enrollment, or stop taking part, should contact JSA and say so clearly.
JSA decides when the cancellation takes effect and what happens to unused tuition, a later payment, or an amount still owed, and tells the family. The admission fee stays non-refundable.
8. Missed classes and learning participation
If a student has trouble attending or taking part, the family should tell JSA. JSA decides whether a missed class affects a refund. A missed class does not, by itself, create a refund or refuse one.
This page does not promise a make-up class, a transferred session, a recording, or a fee credit.
9. Refund processing
If a request is approved, JSA tells the family the outcome, the refund method, and the next step. JSA decides those details for the request. A fixed number of days is not published, and a refund is not sent automatically.
10. Exceptional circumstances and applicable rights
An unusual situation can be reviewed on its own facts. This page does not name a court, a statute, or a refund right beyond saying that a right the law keeps cannot be removed here.
Any wording that would limit a refund right needs review by a qualified legal professional before publication.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy can be updated when JSA's procedures or services change. The latest version will always be on this page.
A fixed review calendar is not set. A later version does not, by itself, rewrite an enrollment that has already been paid for. A change of that kind needs appropriate notice and legal review.
12. Contact us
Refund and cancellation questions can be sent through the contact page. A dedicated refund address, a phone number, a postal address, and a refund department are not published on this website.
